Fudo Restaurant is located right in the main square of Maribor, Glavni trg, which is the heart of the historic center the city. It is housed on the ground floor of one of the Medieval and Renaissance houses with cantilevered balconies. When the tables are set outside under the shade of umbrellas in the warm months, outdoor dining is delightful, bustling in a kaleidoscope of colors.
Fudo can be defined as casual dining with main focus on the quality of
the food that they serve. The ingredients are fresh and
organically’grown with respect to the seasons while the baked products
are done in its own kitchen. An innovative cuisine with local
ingredients that decidedly perks up the interest of the gourmands. The
menu changes every two weeks. The wines, mostly from carefully-selected
small producers give a delicious boost with their culinary proposals.
The restaurant seats 40 indoors and more outdoors.
