The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World (La Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo), a project of the Italian government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation that celebrates the promotion of the Italian cuisine, has taken place around the globe between 18 to 24 November 2019.

Twenty Five Years of Osteria dell’Ingegno in the Italian Capital

On 30 October 1994, Osteria dell’Ingegno opened its doors to its clients with the privileged view of the columns of the Temple of Hadrian in Piazza di Pietra at the heart of Rome. Just a few steps away from it is the are some main sights of Rome like the Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi and Chiesa di Sant’Ignazzo di Loyola. Originally conceptualized as a wine bar twenty five years ago, its focus was more on drinks and conviviality. Multi-colored with a fun contemporary style, giving a friendly and cozy atmosphere, Osteria dell’Ingegno’s space is spread out on two levels with a capacity of 60.

Bento Lunch Menus at Finger’s in Rome, Italy

Finger's, a successful creation of Brazil-born Japanese chef Roberto Okabe and former football player Clarence Seedorf in Milan in 2004 continues to serve its guests with more proposals on the table. Presently on their fourth restaurant (Milan, Garden in Milan, Porto Cervo and Rome), one of which is in their two-year old Roman venue, Finger's Roma is also opening for lunch serving light and tasty proposals by Chef Kelum Botheju, Sushi Chef Mauricio Flud Giacomo and Pastry Chef Wathsi using high quality raw ingredients. There will also be the new line of Finger's Boxes which are bento lunch varieties of meat, fish, and vegetarian.
