Slow Cooker Balsamic-Glazed Chicken Breast

I usually precook the meat before I put it in the slow cooker but this time, I placed all the ingredients altogether, pressed start and waited for six hours. The sauce (which never evaporates in the slow cooker) got a very quick postcooking treatment in a small saucepan to thicken it which I poured back on the chicken. Do you want to know the outcome? It is one of the best tasting chicken I have ever had.

Using the suggested ingredients of Skinny Ms., I worked on the recipe and I had quite a big surprise when I tried it. It was so good, tasty and tender. With so many recipes I am working on, I can't wait to have a break again and have another 6-hour cooking with my slow cooker with this chicken. It is that awesome! And as soon as my husband tried this, he made me promise not to change a single thing when I make it again. I don't need to worry about that because this recipe is one of the simplest I have ever done. And what I like about it is that the chicken meat I used is the leanest part of the chicken (no fat) mixed with pretty basic ingredients that you should already have in your cupboards.
