Just opened in July 2022, this timeless star of the Shedir Collection is already getting a lot of attention. Located in the street of the same name, the building had been home to executive offices for a long time. From Hotel Maalot, another hotel Shedir that opened in 2021, it just takes a couple of minutes and just a hop away from the Trevi Fountain. Umiltà 36 is the third opening of the company in Rome. "This new jewel will be rooted in the principles of simplicity, freshness and cultural refinement, yet creating an evergreen sense of understated luxury," comments Claudio Ceccherelli, CEO of Shedir Collection. Umiltà 36 is the ideal residence for cosmopolitan travelers and businessmen who are looking for exclusive and welcoming environment, where the eccentricity of contemporary art is combined with the geometric architectural designs.

It has a sophisticated atmosphere with an elegantly defined retro style. The hotel opens to the refined urban-style hall of Dandy Café, inspired by the eighteenth-century literary café, cenacle of artists, academics and men of culture, but above all by the figure of the Dandy, iconic symbol of an elegance that is not just mere appearance. Its oriental details and works of art are scattered in every corner. It draws inspiration from the atmosphere of a Roman living room from the 1950s. Adding modernity to its retro ambience, various contemporary art works grace the walls of the large hall.

Umiltà 36 offers a variety of 47 elegantly-furnished rooms, suites and apartments that are equipped with every comfort needed by its guests. The height of the ceilings has been emphasized by the use of solid wood paneling according to the authenticity of the fifties. The 17 apartments have a living room with kitchenette, ideal for long stays without sacrificing comfort and refinement. In addition, there are also two suites with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Rome. All bathrooms are covered in marble, equipped with double sinks and rain shower. The details have been carefully studied to give comfort in a luxurious ambience.
