Located in the heart of Arezzo, in Tuscany, the restaurant represents the shared dream of Giovanni and Angela Baldi, partners in both life and profession. Since 2017, they have devoted themselves fully to this project, shaping Aliciati into a minimalist and welcoming space, conceived not only for dining but for gathering and sharing meaningful moments.
The menu remains accessible, with dishes ranging from €15 to €24, spanning appetizers, pasta, and main courses. Signature offerings include chicken liver pâté with brioche, figs, and hazelnuts, potato tortelli with meat ragù, and beef steak tartare with chicory and mustard mayonnaise.
